Looking for a great place to have fun, bounce, jump, twist and somersault?
We love jumping around at Gravity Zone especially during the week when the Little Leapers session is on for toddlers and preschoolers. Kids can jump from 10-4 for $10 and explore all the different zones.
The complex is built over three split levels all with ramped access and a lift from the entrance to the ticket area. Head to the ticket box first and grab a wrist tag as you register and make sure you have a pair of grip socks ( available for $2)
Upstairs by the ticket booth is a cafe with great coffee and lots of tables and chairs over looking the jump zones. The coffee was really good and the kids loved an icy pole to cool down after lots of jumping.
The jump zones are in a horseshoe shape with areas for varied aged groups.
My kids love the foam pit area with lots of running and jumping off the end into the foam blocks. Its a workout to get yourself out of there!
We also love the free zone at the end. In-between are areas to use walls as props and hoops for ball games.
On the bottom level is a soft play zone which is a great way to break up the jumping and cool down a bit on a hot day! There is also an under 5’s jump area right next to this area.
Every area is accessible for wheelchair users. Trampolining is a great way for Cooper to use his muscles and co ordinate his body while having fun. He uses his knees to jump and the padding on the walls is great as he likes to be a daredevil and launch himself onto the trampolines. There is no right or wrong way to do it! we love open ended experiences.
Accessible bathrooms are on both levels including an ambulant toilet in each mainstream bathroom.
There is an electronic hoist to use you just need to bring your own sling.
